Compare & contrast

The books I'm comparing is the scorch trials & the trick of light. The reason I'm comaparing these two books is because both of the characters were leaders. In the book scorch trials he was guiding his friends to be in a safe place. In the book the trick of light his mind was guiding him to be healthier. They both compare because of being a leadership. They both were kinda in the same age. They both tried to reach their goals and they did by (the trick of light) losing weight & (scorch trials) by guiding his friends to a safe spot.

The maze runner theme

The book I am reading is called the maze runner scorch trials & the author is James dashner. This book is about these people who escape a maze & now they are trying to find a way to escape wicked who wants them. What I think the theme of this book is friendship. The reason I pick this theme is because throughout the book they didn't want to split up & they wanted to be close so that nothing would happen to them. "As they walked down the hall to join the others." This quote means that they wanted to be together. 

Che Guevara

The book I was reading is called Che Guevara. It's a biography of a dictator in Cuba. It tells us about his life on how he was a killer and how everybody hated him. Everybody thought he was a killer and a bad leader. Some others thought different. He got executed by the Bolivian army sent by the president of Bolivia. People wanted to go after him. They named him the butcher of the cabaña on now brutal he is. 

The maze runner scorch trials plot

The book I have is called the maze runner scorch trial & the author is . The book is starting off great. This book is the second book he has made. This book is about these guys who escaped in a maze who were trapped for a long time. They finally escaped & went looking for a place to stay. They found a place but it was filled with zombies. In page 14 it says "Thomas tried not to look at dead bodies".

The girl who sells lemonade

I dont think I'll make a difference on the world but I can make a difference in the community by doing charities like for food, cancer, or any diseases that aren't curable. I can also do like a big tournament on sports that will raise money. Everyone will be able to play. My strengths is to help kids that are in need in help in school. Also having the earth clean.

A trick of light theme

My book is called a trick of light and the author is Lois metzger. It's about this kid who starts gaining weight & put of shape for the baseball team. because he starts getting problems with his family. He starts eating and gains a lot of weight to keep the mind out of it. He starts getting voices in his head & tells him to lose weight. He comes across a girl who has a eating disorder. She also helps him to lose weight. the theme of the book is that fat people can lose weight too. In page 25 his mom tells him how wide he was when he looked in the mirror. " the glass is wavy, look how wide you are."

Don't you dare read this Mrs. Dunphrey plot

My book is called don't you dare read this Mrs Dunphrey, the author is named Margaret Peterson haddix. My book is about a student who has to write in a journal because it's her assignment for the year. She starts writing in her journal more private stuff like her personal things that is happening in the family. The plot is that there is this girl who is 16 and her father leaves and doesn't come back, so her mother chases after him. They haven't returned and the 16 year old had to take care oh her brothers. The mom sent her a post card and she said she's in California and she doesn't have enough money to go back. She writes down everything that has happened in her journal and the teacher contacts child services.

My book is called don't you dare read this Mrs Dunphrey, the author is named Margaret Peterson haddix. My book is about a student who has to write in a journal because it's her assignment for the year. She starts writing in her journal more private stuff like her personal things that is happening in the family. The theme of my book is that if you keep silent the things happening in your life would get worse so you have to tell someone what's going on if it's bad. "The reason I'm doing this is, I realized I have to tell someone about mom and dad leaving us. I thought I could take care of everything myself but I just can't." Page 114. She kept quiet and it got kind of harder for her, so she finally told someone. It was her teacher, so the teacher tells the officials and they investigate.

Life in prison theme

The book I'm writing about is life in prison. The author is Stanley "tookie" Williams. This book is about an inmate who went to prison for life. Hes in prison for life because he did armed robbery and killed 2 people. He's writing books for teens because he doesn't want others to end up in prison like him. He is trying to make a change. In page 10 it says "he wanted to write books for kids, telling them why they should not join a gang" if you do this kind of stuff you will get consequences. This shows that you have to be good or else you'll end up like him and its a bad place where he's in. 

Holocaust background information

Probably because they didn't want to get involved with the nazis. They probably saw that they were getting people and sending them to camps and they didn't want to go there. They probably wanted a change that's why they were resisting. If I were one of them I would've marched and protested to stop the nazi party and get others to join me.  

Anne frank

The problem is that Anne frank barely had space in her apartment and she barely had food. Anne couldn't go outside either. She was kinda like me because I had to share a room with my sister. I understood how she felt because I didn't have my room and my house was crowded because I have a lot of siblings. 

Place where I want to go

The place I want to go is Dubai. The reason I want to go to Dubai is because it is nice. The cop cars are Lamborghinis. Dubai is a rich country and it is very beautiful. I dream to go here. It has nice buildings. I been thinking of living there. I can probably find a house and a girl and I can marry her there probably in like a nice building. There are probably good jobs over there since there's a lot of expensive cars. They also have my dream cars

Hit and run

The book hit and run is about this kid named mike and his mom died in a hit and run and mike is trying to find out who hit his mom. He started getting bad grades and starts being bad after his mom died. He started living with his uncle billy when his mom died. He went to go talk to his history teacher who's also an ex-cop and see if he knew who was the suspect that killed his mikes mom. Riel the history called his friends to look at the case. Mikes moms friend talked to her before the hit and run incident. A few days later after mike talk to his moms friend. Billy's uncle died a few days later. After billy died mike went to his closest friends. And lived with them for a little bit.
